De Afghaanse president Hamid Karzai is vrijdag naar Chicago in de Verenigde Staten vertrokken om de 25ste NAVO-top bij te wonen die daar zondag begint.

TOLO News meldt: "The cost of Afghanistan's security after the withdrawal of the Nato combat troops in 2014 is estimated to be around $4.1 billion annually.
Afghanistan has said it could afford to contribute $500 million and possibly more as its economy strengthens."
